Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh added two assistants Tuesday, Hue Jackson to coach the quarterbacks and Andy Moeller as assistant offensive line coach. Jackson was the Atlanta Falcons’ offensive coordinator last season; Moeller was the offensive line coach at the University of Michigan.
